Creates an list / address book


This operation creates a new address book in your account. The name can't be that of an existing address book, or of the reserved books such as 'Test' or 'All contacts'.

Limitations

Address book names have a limit of 128 characters.

All address books are created as 'Private' by default but you can set it as 'Public' upon creation should you wish to.
