Create document folder

Creates a new document folder


This operation can be used to create a new document folder within an existing document folder, whilst child folders can also be created to nest within it.

Please note that the root document folder ID is 0

The name of the folder being created, which can only be up to 20 characters in length and must consist of alphanumeric characters only, with hyphens and underscores if required
